Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Associate, Customer Account to support Account Directors and Managers in achieving annual sales objectives. You’ll handle trade deductions, post-audit claims, and customer forecasting while coordinating with distributors and internal teams.

The role also covers data maintenance, item setup, and large-scale planning activities. You’ll contribute to pricing accuracy, contractual promotions, and sample coordination, with opportunities to influence cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in administrative, analytical, sales support, customer support roles preferred.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in SharePoint and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Trade auditing/analysis duties including deductions, fines, and claims management.
• Support distributor coordination and logistics with internal teams.
• Maintain customer item data, pricing, UPCs, and system data in customer platforms.
• Coordinate item setup, large-scale planning meetings, and reporting automation.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies and manage promotional contracts and funding.
