Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Associate, Customer Account to join the Account Management team and support annual sales objectives through customer account support, distributor coordination, and systems administration.

You will work with Account Directors and Account Managers to coordinate trade audits, post-audit processes, and item management while collaborating across finance, sales, and logistics to ensure accurate data and timely actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in administrative, analytical, sales support, customer support, Field Sales Representative, or Customer Account Analyst roles preferred.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in SharePoint and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Trade Auditing/Analysis: support deduction analysis, reconciliation, workflow admin, and documentation with Account Management and Sales Finance.
• Manage post-audit claims, including undisputed and disputed claim tracking and timely response management.
• Research and resolve deduction discrepancies; lead follow-up on complex claims and attend meetings as needed.
• Drive collection of unauthorized deductions and credits; support profitable business performance.
• Support customer metric forecasting, off-invoice trade events, planning tool inputs, and alignment between customer and internal systems.
• Reconcile customer forecasts with Nestlé internal forecasts; support new item setup, trade management, and financial reconciliations.
