Job summary

Nestlé USA in Seattle is hiring an Associate, Customer Account to support Account Directors and Managers in meeting annual sales objectives through account support, distributor coordination, and systems administration.

You will handle trade auditing, deductions, claims, post-audit work, and contribute to customer forecasting. The role also covers distributor liaison, item data maintenance, JBP/ICP planning meetings, and ensuring accurate pricing and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in administrative, analytical, sales support, customer support, Field Sales Representative, or Customer Account Analyst roles preferred.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in SharePoint and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Support trade deduction analysis, reconciliation, workflow administration, and documentation.
• Manage post-audit claims, including dispute tracking and timely responses.
• Research and resolve deduction discrepancies; follow up on complex claims.
• Drive collection of unauthorized deductions and credits.
• Support customer metric forecasting and planning tool inputs.
• Maintain item data, pricing, UPCs, and customer records.
