The Aaron's Family of Companies is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in Fort Smith, AR. You will coach customers, drive payment collections and renewals, and help customers move toward ownership of their merchandise, primarily over the phone and in person.

This role offers an hourly pay range of $12.25 to $13.00, with eligibility for performance-based incentive pay, and benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the United States and 18 in Canada.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy; satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required at location (United States).
• Able to work hours that vary from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and securely operate the company vehicle as needed.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
