The Aaron's Family of Companies is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments, and renewals while maintaining strong relationships over the phone and in person. The role emphasizes ownership goals and service quality.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, empathy, and multitasking skills, and be able to work a varied schedule. The position offers an hourly wage with incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work hours that vary from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on collections and renewals by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
