The Aaron's Family of Companies is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections and renewals, and help customers move toward ownership of merchandise. You will build relationships over the phone and in person, delivering strong service and outcomes.

The role emphasizes high-quality communication, empathy, and ability to handle challenging conversations while upholding the Aaron’s brand and safety standards. Incentives are available based on performance.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
