Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Tyler, TX. The role focuses on coaching customers to understand lease benefits, driving payment renewals and account updates, and ensuring satisfaction with the product.

You will build relationships via phone and in-person visits to move customers toward ownership. Responsibilities include managing accounts, contacting customers with expired renewals, promoting timely payments, and supporting the sales team to reach revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work varying hours (8am–9pm).

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases by phone and in home visits.
• Encourage timely lease renewals and explain payment options.
• Support renewal and revenue goals set by management.
• Assist with returns, deliveries, and merchandise handling.
