Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Houston. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to drive lease renewals and payment collections, ensuring satisfaction with our product and services.

You will maintain accounts, contact non-renewing customers, and support the sales team to meet daily and monthly revenue and renewal goals, while upholding the Aaron’s brand and professional standards.

Qualifications

• US residents age 21+ with valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Roll out schedule 8am–9pm shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements by phone or in home visits.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewals.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly, monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle.
• Assist Sales Team as needed.
• Uphold the Aaron’s Brand and maintain professional appearance.
