Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Sherman, TX. You will coach customers to understand lease benefits, manage renewals, and build strong relationships over the phone and in person to help move customers toward ownership.

The role emphasizes empathy, multitasking, and strong communication as you help meet daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals while supporting the sales team.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with dolly; physical requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in store systems.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases via in-home visits and phone.
• Sell customers on benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle and safely operate it.
• Support Sales Team as needed.
• Perform other duties requested by management.
