Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive collections, and manage lease renewals. You will build relationships over the phone and in person toward ownership of merchandise, contributing to a high-energy sales environment.

With a starting hourly range of $12.25–$13.00, the role offers incentive pay based on performance and a comprehensive benefits package. This position emphasizes excellent service and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the US for positions.
• Requires a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• DOT certification may be required in some locations.
• Ability to work a varied schedule from morning to evening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs alone and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on renewals and contact those with expired agreements by phone or in person.
• Help with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain route sheets and daily maintenance logs.
• Load, secure, and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Inspect and certify returned merchandise.
