Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to join its team in the United States. The role focuses on driving payment collections and lease renewals by explaining benefits and ensuring customers are satisfied with their products.

You'll build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership. The position offers an hourly pay range of $13.25 to $14.00, eligibility for performance-based incentive pay, and a benefits package including paid time off, health

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions; 18+ for Canada.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required in location (US).
• Ability to work a schedule 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. solo and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and securely transport product and operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
