Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Manager in New Jersey to lead the customer accounts department and drive revenue and renewals across stores. This role emphasizes helping customers achieve ownership of merchandise while supporting store operations and team performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and compliant driving record.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer accounts dept to meet revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and history in the store system.
• Build relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on collections and renewals and contact those with expired/renewed agreements.
• Assist with store operations and support the sales team as needed.
