Aaron’s Eastpointe location seeks a Customer Accounts Manager to lead the stores’ accounts department and drive collections and lease renewals. You will influence team performance to help customers reach ownership goals, while handling a variety of duties under the General Manager's direction.

The role emphasizes customer relationships, coaching, and adherence to company standards across daily operations and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer accounts or store operations preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and manage collections/renewals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in the store system.
• Assist General Manager with account recommendations and payment history.
• Build relationships to support ownership goals and drive renewals.
• Manage collections and ensure timely lease/merchandise renewals.
• Oversee staff to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
