Aaron’s Sales And Leasing in Abilene, TX is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments and lease renewals, and guide them toward ownership of their merchandise.

You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person, maintain accurate account records, and support revenue and renewal goals. The role offers a competitive hourly wage with incentive pay eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
