Job summary

Aaron is seeking Customer Account Advisors to coach customers through lease renewals and ownership pathways. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to ensure satisfaction and progress toward ownership, handling account updates, payment scheduling and high-quality service.

Responsibilities include direct customer contact, renewal sales, supporting revenue targets, handling returns, and safe vehicle operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8 am–9 pm schedule and lift up to 50 lbs (300 lbs with dolly).

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts in store system.
• Direct contact with customers about non-renewed leases (in home and by phone).
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewals to customers.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue/renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle; operate vehicle safely.
