Job summary

Aaron's is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers on lease renewals and payment collections, through phone and in-person interactions. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships to drive ownership outcomes.

The position requires strong communication, high energy, and the ability to multitask in a retail environment with a focus on meeting daily revenue and renewal goals.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask and perform all store functions.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers' accounts including maintaining updated information in the store system and documenting all payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed Lease agreement(s) via home visits and phone.
• Sell customers on timely lease renewal payments and benefits.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle and perform safe driving tasks.
