Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisors serve as coaches to our customers. They drive payment collections and lease renewal by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with their product.

As a Customer Accounts Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to bring them one step closer to ownership of their merchandise. The hourly rate and eligibility for performance-based incentive pay are key parts of the compensation package

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US; 18+ in Canada.
• Valid state driver’s license; comply with Driver Qualification Policy; satisfactory MVR.
• DOT certification if required at location.
• Able to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or in-home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product safely and operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
