Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States to support payments and lease renewals. You will build relationships with customers by phone and in person, helping them move toward ownership with attentive service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including occasional in-home visits and store duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships over the phone and in person.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (8am–9pm).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store system.
• Contact customers with past due renewals to drive payments.
• Explain lease benefits and encourage timely renewal payments.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Support the Sales Team and management as needed.
