The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Memphis to drive collections and renewals while building strong relationships with customers over the phone and in person.

The role focuses on helping customers move toward ownership of their merchandise within a supportive, metrics-driven environment. We offer compensation with an hourly wage range and performance-based incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement across locations
