Job summary

Colonial Group in Memphis, TN is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payments and lease renewals while building strong customer relationships. The role involves coaching customers to ownership and providing excellent service.

The position requires flexible hours, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on own and 300 lbs with assistance. Multiple benefits are offered as part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• DOT certification if location requires (US only).
• Ability to work hours from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Inspect and certify returned merchandise.
