Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments, and renew lease agreements. The role focuses on building relationships over the phone and in-person to move customers toward ownership of their merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age for US positions and 18 for Canada.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with policy.
• DOT certification if required in location (US).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Able to work an 8:00 am–9:00 pm schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or in person.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
