Aaron’s in Norcross, GA is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor. You’ll drive payments and renewals by guiding customers through lease benefits and ensuring satisfaction, via phone and in-person interactions to move them toward ownership of their merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• DOT certification if required by location.
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on renewals and contact those with expired agreements.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route sheets and maintenance logs.
• Load and secure products and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Inspect and certify returned merchandise.
