Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Account Advisor position involves coaching customers to optimize lease renewals and payment collections, using a mix of phone and in-person interactions. You will help customers understand lease benefits and aim for 100% satisfaction with the product.

You will work to build relationships, meet daily targets, and support the sales team while maintaining professional appearance and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask and handle store functions.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers for lease renewals in person or by phone.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease payments and renewals.
• Assist with revenue and renewal goals and merchandise logistics.
• Support the Sales Team and perform reasonable duties as directed by management.
