Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Customer Accounts Manager to lead the customer accounts department, drive collections and lease renewals, and help customers achieve ownership of their merchandise while supporting store operations.

You will lead a team, manage revenue and renewal goals, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the General Manager to drive sales and account strategies across the stores.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• DOT certification if required by location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer accounts department to hit revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and history.
• Build relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on renewals and collections by phone or visits.
• Support store operations and closing lease agreements.
