Overdrive Logistics is seeking an Account Services Administrator to support customer load processing and day-to-day account management. This role serves as the primary contact for assigned customers and ensures satisfaction, operational accuracy, and clear communication across internal teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, carriers, shippers, receivers, and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated accurate data entry with high accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
• Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, shippers, receivers, and internal team members.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Collaborate with Customer Sales, Carrier Sales, Traffic, Dispatch, and other teams to meet customer requirements.
• Enter customer load information into the McLeod PowerBroker System accurately.
• Schedule and reschedule pickup and delivery appointments as required.
• Communicate load updates, service issues, and changes to customers and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and documentation of requirements.
• Communicate detention and charges to customers when applicable.
• Assist customers with OS&D claims resolution.
• Monitor account activity to ensure service expectations are met.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment focused on service and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain regular attendance during business hours.
