Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Customer Accounts Manager to lead the customer accounts department, drive collections and lease renewals, and support store operations with the General Manager.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a pay range of $16.25–$17.00 per hour plus incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. On-site positions require varying shift hours and a driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer accounts department to meet daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store system (payments, history).
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers and contact those with expired/unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
