Job summary

Nestlé USA in Ohio seeks a Customer Account Associate to support the Account Director and Managers, driving sales objectives through customer account support, retail execution coordination, and systems administration.

You will handle item data, pricing, planning meetings (JBP/ICP), automated reporting, and forecast reconciliation to ensure accuracy. Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–2 years’ experience; salary $60,000–$80,000 with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in SharePoint and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, communicate clearly, and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Retail Execution Support: Coordinate materials, workbooks, sell sheets, and distribution activities; monitor out-of-stock reporting and follow-up communications.
• Customer Account Team Support & Systems Administration: Maintain customer forms, item data, pricing, UPCs, dimensions, and customer item records; support item setup in customer systems; coordinate planning meetings.
• Forecast, Trade & Financial Reconciliation: Support deduction analysis, forecast alignment, and financial reconciliations.
