Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring a Customer Account Associate to support the Account Director, Senior Manager, and Account Managers in achieving annual sales objectives through account support, retail coordination, reporting, and systems administration. The role involves coordinating retail execution materials, maintaining item data and pricing, planning meetings, and managing automated reporting.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or 1-2 years of relevant experience, with strong organization and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Sales support, customer support, administrative, analytical, Field Sales Representative, or Customer Account Analyst experience preferred.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in SharePoint and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, communicate clearly, and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Retail Execution Support: Coordinate retail execution materials, NRS workbooks, sell sheets, and distribution activities.
• Retail Execution Support: Prepare upcoming NRS materials and participate in regular NRS touchpoints.
• Retail Execution Support: Monitor out-of-stock reporting, sales impact, and follow-up communications.
• Customer Account Team Support & Systems Administration: Maintain customer forms, item data, product attributes, pricing, UPCs, dimensions, and customer item records.
• Customer Account Team Support & Systems Administration: Support item setup in customer systems, including new item launches and customer initiatives.
• Customer Account Team Support & Systems Administration: Coordinate planning meetings, including JBP, ICP, and internal business planning sessions.
• Customer Account Team Support & Systems Administration: Manage automated customer reporting, reset calendars, category update submissions, and related forms.
• Customer Account Team Support & Systems Administration: Coordinate sample ordering and related follow-up.
• Forecast, Trade & Financial Reconciliation: Support deduction analysis with Account Managers and Sales Finance.
• Forecast, Trade & Financial Reconciliation: Support customer metric forecasting, trade events, planning inputs, and system alignment to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Forecast, Trade & Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile customer and internal forecasts and support trade management, new item setup, and financial reconciliations.
