Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Customer Account Associate to support the Account Director and Managers in achieving annual sales goals. You will coordinate retail execution materials, maintain item data, and assist in planning sessions and reporting.

The role involves system administration, new item launches, sample coordination, and supporting forecast accuracy. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or 1–2 years of relevant experience, with strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Sales support, customer support, administrative, analytical, or customer account experience preferred.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Director, Senior Manager, and Account Managers to meet annual sales objectives.
• Coordinate retail execution materials, planning meetings, and reporting.
• Maintain customer forms, item data, pricing, and item records.
• Assist in system administration, new item launches, and sample ordering.
• Support forecast accuracy and reconciliation activities with Sales Finance.
