Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Associate, Customer Account to support Account Directors and Managers in achieving annual sales objectives through customer account support, distributor coordination, and systems administration.

The role emphasizes trade auditing/analysis, distributor coordination, and system-wide data maintenance, including item data, pricing, and reporting. Strong attention to detail and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in administrative, analytical, sales support, or customer account roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SharePoint and collaboration tools.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support trade deduction analysis, reconciliation, workflow administration, and documentation in partnership with Account Management and Sales Finance.
• Manage customer post‑audit claims, including undisputed claim resolution, disputed claim tracking, and timely response management.
• Research and resolve deduction discrepancies, lead follow‑up on complex claims, and participate in customer/vendor meetings as needed.
• Reconcile customer forecasts with Nestlé internal forecasts and support new item setup, trade management, and financial reconciliations.
