Job summary

The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Ruston, LA.

You will coach customers to drive payments and renewals, ensuring 100% satisfaction by building strong relationships over the phone and in person. Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the United States; valid driver's license.
• DOT certification if required in location.
• Schedule varies 8:00 am–9:00 pm; ability to lift up to 50 lbs (up to 300 lbs with assistance).
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and history in store system.
• Build relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers via phone or in-home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
