Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisor role in Alexandria, LA, engages customers by phone and in home visits to secure timely lease renewals and payments. You will coach customers, document activities, and help maintain accurate account information while supporting the sales team.

The position includes incentive pay based on performance, a focus on customer satisfaction, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced retail environment where quality service is valued.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with dolly.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating customer information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed Lease agreements via home visits and phone.
• Sell customers on benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Clean and certify merchandise in Quality Assurance Center for returned items.
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle and assist the Sales Team as needed.
