Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Akron to build relationships with customers, drive payment collections, and renew lease agreements. You will work on the phone and in-person to ensure customers understand benefits and are satisfied.

The role includes meeting revenue and renewal goals and supporting the sales team. Candidates should have strong communication skills, high energy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Attain and maintain customer accounts in store system and update info.
• Direct contact with customers about non-renewed leases via home visits or phone.
• Promote timely lease payments and renewals with customers.
• Assist Account Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise in QA center.
• Complete weekly vehicle maintenance and daily route sheets.
• Load and secure products in company vehicle and operate it safely.
• Support the Sales Team as needed; perform other duties.
