Job summary

The Aaron's Company, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States. You will coach customers, drive payments and renewals, and help them move toward ownership of their merchandise. You’ll build relationships over the phone and in person to ensure satisfaction and product ownership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the United States.
• Valid state driver’s license and compliant driving record.
• DOT certification if required at location.
• Ability to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm schedule.
• Lift up to 50 lbs solo; up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager to meet revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store systems.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or in person.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route sheets and assist with vehicle loading and safety.
