Job summary

Aaron’s is looking for a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments, and renew lease agreements to move customers toward ownership of their merchandise. You will build relationships over the phone and in person, manage account records, and support revenue and renewal targets.

The role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult conversations while maintaining brand standards and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States and 18 in Canada.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and DOT certification where required.
• Able to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on renewals and collections by phone or home visits as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
