Aaron’s in Texarkana, TX is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments and renewals, and guide ownership of merchandise by explaining lease benefits and ensuring satisfaction.

You will build relationships over the phone and in person in a fast-paced, recognition-based environment with competitive pay and benefits. Participation includes incentive pay based on performance and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification may be required depending on location.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure products and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
