Zusammenfassung

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments and lease renewals by explaining lease benefits and ensuring 100% satisfaction with the product. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and face-to-face to move them toward ownership of their merchandise.

The role offers an hourly wage between $18.00 and $19.00, with eligibility for performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy
• May require DOT certification depending on location (US only)
• Able to work hours 8:00 am–9:00 pm
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. solo and up to 300 lbs. with assistance

Aufgaben

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries; maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
