Job summary

Aaron’s is a sales and lease-to-own retailer seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payments and renewals while providing exceptional service. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to guide them toward ownership of merchandise.

Compensation includes an hourly wage with incentive pay and a benefits-friendly package. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and maintaining accurate account records across locations in the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
