Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers, drive lease renewals and handle collections with a focus on customer satisfaction. You’ll build relationships over the phone and in-person to move customers toward ownership and maintain up-to-date account details.

Expect performance-based incentives alongside an hourly wage. Ideal candidates have retail or service experience, strong communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment in California.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with strong multitasking and problem solving.
• Uphold the Aaron’s brand and protect company assets.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store computer system and documenting all payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases, in home visits and by phone.
• Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in the company vehicle; safely operate the vehicle.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed.
• Any reasonable duties requested by management.
