Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Accounts Advisor to build relationships with customers and drive payment collections and lease renewals. You will support ownership goals by advising customers over the phone and in person, aligning service benefits with lease terms.

The role offers an hourly wage with incentive pay eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work with a trained team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT certification if required in location.
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with revenue and renewal goals for daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure products and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
