Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to serve as a coach for customers, driving payment collections and lease renewals. You will build relationships over the phone and in person, ensuring customers understand benefits and stay 100% satisfied with products.

Responsibilities include updating accounts, contacting customers with non-renewed leases, and supporting revenue goals, merchandise handling, and deliveries while maintaining vehicle and route documentation. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers

• Experience handling difficult conversations and negotiating payment plans

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases via in-home visits and phone
• Promote timely lease renewal payments and explain benefits
• Support setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue/renewal goals
• Assist with merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and vehicle maintenance and routes
• Load, secure, and inspect products; operate company vehicle safely
• Assist the Sales Team as needed and perform other duties as assigned
