Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections and lease renewals while ensuring satisfaction. You’ll build relationships over the phone and in person, helping customers move closer to ownership of their merchandise.

This role offers an hourly pay range of $12.25 to $13.00 with incentive pay potential, plus benefits. You must be 19+ with a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work varied hours in Grenada, MS.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the United States (18+ in Canada).
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory MVR.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position.
• Able to work hours from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
