Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States to drive collections and renewals, building relationships with customers over the phone and in person. The role supports ownership goals and requires a valid driver's license, residency in the U.S., and ability to handle durable goods safely.

The position offers an hourly range of $14.00–$15.50 with incentive pay potential and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States (18 in Canada).
• Valid state driver’s license with clean MVR.
• DOT certification if required in location.
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
