Job summary

Aaron's in Grenada is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payments and lease renewals, building relationships with customers to move them toward ownership of merchandise. The role involves coaching customers over the phone and in person to maximize satisfaction and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include meeting monthly revenue goals, maintaining accurate account records, and handling collections and renewals with care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
