Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Part-Time Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States to support payment collections and lease renewals while helping customers achieve ownership of merchandise. This role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building in a fast-paced, customer-centered environment.

You will engage with customers by phone and in-person, handle diverse conversations, and contribute to a positive ownership experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ in US locations.
• Valid driver’s license required; DOT if applicable.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 300 lbs with help.
• Work hours typically 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Accounts Manager in meeting daily/weekly/monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store system.
• Build relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by contacting customers by phone or at home visits as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
