Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Aiken, SC. You will coach customers to drive payments and lease renewals while building relationships over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership of their merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
