Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order process from entry to delivery.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets tracking inventory and status.
• Coordinate shipments with shipping and production teams.
• Enter orders, changes, and cancellations accurately.
• Support accounts payable/receivable duties as needed.
• Provide proactive customer communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with sales and quality teams for customer satisfaction.
