Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Account Advisor role focuses on coaching customers to renew lease agreements and drive timely payments. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them closer to ownership while upholding company standards.

The position emphasizes empathy, excellent communication, and the ability to handle difficult conversations, with incentive pay based on performance and an hourly wage in the United States.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers for renewals and payments.
• Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease renewals.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Complete and maintain vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
