Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Account Advisor role focuses on coaching customers to understand lease benefits and achieve 100% satisfaction. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership and renewal.

The work includes maintaining accounts, contacting customers with expired leases, and helping the sales team meet revenue and renewal goals with a strong emphasis on excellent communication and service.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customers' accounts in the store computer system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases by in-home visits or phone.
• Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle.
• Support Sales Team as needed.
