Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. You will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership.

They must be able to manage a busy workload, communicate effectively, and stay energetic while meeting daily revenue and renewal goals in a

Formación

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High energy with the ability to multitask and meet goals
• Ability to work 8 am–9 pm schedule
• Valid state Driver’s License and compliance with policy

Responsabilidades

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in store computer system
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases by phone or in-home visits
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewals
• Assist in setting daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
• Support merchandise returns, guest deliveries and route/maintenance tasks
• Load and secure products in company vehicle and operate it safely
• Assist Sales Team and perform other duties as requested
